Shipping Info
Items are shipped using Royal Mail (UK) within 2 working days of an order being placed.

Customers in the UK should expect to receive their order within 2-3 days of shipping (second class post).

Customers in the rest of the world can expect to receive their order within 5 days of shipping. (N.B. These are the guidelines on the Royal Mail website regarding their Airmail Small Packets service, however please be patient as items could take longer to arrive.)

If you would like your item to be sent by recorded delivery please email to arrange this.

To check whether your order has been shipped please email and include your name and address.

Proof of postage will be obtained for every order shipped.
Return Policy
All CDs are sent to customers in excellent fresh-from-the-pressing-plant condition, having been packed and posted with care.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it does not arrive, please email within 14 days of receipt (or expected receipt in the case of a no-show), including your name, address and order number.

CDs can be exchanged or refunded if:

- There is a manufacturing fault (e.g. the CD skips or does not play). Please note that visibly damaged discs (e.g. scratched, cracked, dirty, etc) will not be accepted for exchange/refund.

- It has been seriously damaged in transit, e.g. water damage from a package being left in the rain. More minor damage, such as small scratches or cracks in the case, will not make the CD eligible for exchange. Please provide as much detail about the damage as possible in your email.

CDs can not be exchanged or refunded if:

- You don't like the music (seeing as you can listen to it all on this site!).

- There has only been minor damage to the case in transit (see above).

- It has been damaged after it arrives at its destination.

If in doubt please email and explain the situation. I will use my discretion. Postage costs for exchanges will be reimbursed where appropriate.
